What it is for

Most zone tools draw a box and leave it. DS Zones draws the box, reads the actual order flow inside it, then tracks what price does to it tick by tick — approached, tested, defended, broken — so the zones on your chart are the ones price is respecting today, not the ones that looked good when they were drawn.

What it reads from your chart

Price, traded volume, and the bid/ask of each live trade (loaded history is estimated from one lower-timeframe series, 1 minute by default). Tick Replay optional.
